FleetMilne believe that looking after people is good for business and everyone's general happiness, so we aim to deal with all maintenance issues swiftly and efficiently. If you are having a problem with something in your property, and you believe it is something you cannot deal with*, then please fill out our form below. An email will be sent through to the Maintenance Team, who will decide what needs to be done and contact you about access.

Please bear in mind that the email will only be manned during working hours, so if you have an out of hours emergency (and it must be a genuine emergency) then please dial 07951 823 823. Your email will be responded to within 24 working hours (normally same day, but emails will be dealt with in order of priority). Thank you!

* as per the notes we gave you when you moved in, please do make an effort to see if you can solve the issue, as if this were your own property. For example, we get asked to attend a lot of boilers that aren't working, and it turns out to be the timer incorrectly set. Remember, if you call out the engineer, and we consider the fault to be user error, you are charged for the works. If in doubt, call us and ask. We will be happy to assist.
