* as per the notes we gave you when you moved in (View the notes), please do make an effort to see if you can solve the issue, as if this were your own property. For example, we get asked to attend a lot of boilers that aren't working, and it turns out to be the timer incorrectly set. Remember, if you call out the engineer, and we consider the fault to be user error, you are charged for the works. If in doubt, call us and ask. We will be happy to assist.
